Shipping Policy

  • When choosing a shipping option, please be aware that any shipping times listed do not include the production time for that product.
  • While we do inventory most of our products for next-day shipping, some of our products are produced on-demand when an order is received. If a product is not in inventory, please allow 5 – 7 Business Days for production in addition to your selected shipping time.
  • Please call 1-856-685-6373 to inquire if a product is available in inventory for next-day shipping.
  • Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
  • International Shipping is available. Rates vary depending on the address and package content. Please contact us for pricing and ordering information. Please call 1-856-685-6373 or email (marlenesangora@yahoo.com) with your address and the product information. Any Custom, Duty, or Tariff charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We ship all of our products via USPS. We can ship via other carriers upon request.

Return Policy

Risk Free Buying – Satisfaction Guaranteed

If any of our products don’t meet or exceed your expectations or the advertised quality, we will do everything we can to make it right and make you a happy customer. If we are unable to make it right, we will refund 100% of the price of the product as soon as we receive your return. We deliver only the highest quality products and our standards are set to satisfy every customer.

Returns are Easy

In the unlikely event that your shipment isn’t satisfactory for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt, in its original packaging and condition, for replacement, refund or a credit toward your next Angoraonline.com purchase.

  • You must call 1-856-685-6373 (M-F 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST) to arrange product returns.
  • Please send products to the return address included on the delivered package.
  • Freight charges, unfortunately, are not refundable and you are responsible for getting the merchandise back to us.

Refunds

You will be issued a refund after we receive returned merchandise back and have validated your request. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel unshipped orders, within 48 hours of purchase.

Damaged Goods

If you receive a product which proves to be defective, we will gladly replace it at no charge.

  • When you receive your package, please open it immediately and inspect all products for any defects or shipping damage.
  • If you discover any such issues, call us at 1-856-685-6373 (M-F 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST) and we will provide instructions for an exchange.

Warranty

Angoraonline.com warrants its finished product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from purchase and will replace any material found to be defective. Please inspect all goods immediately upon receipt.
