Returns are Easy
In the unlikely event that your shipment isn’t satisfactory for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt, in its original packaging and condition, for replacement, refund or a credit toward your next Angoraonline.com purchase.

- Please send products to the return address included on the delivered package.
- Freight charges, unfortunately, are not refundable and you are responsible for getting the merchandise back to us.
You will be issued a refund after we receive returned merchandise back and have validated your request. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
You may cancel unshipped orders, within 48 hours of purchase.
If you receive a product which proves to be defective, we will gladly replace it at no charge.

Angoraonline.com warrants its finished product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from purchase and will replace any material found to be defective. Please inspect all goods immediately upon receipt.
