Handspun hand dyed Merino Angora Firestar corespun yarn. This hand spun soft Merino and angora core spun yarn is slightly thick and thin single ply yarn was made using a cotton thread for the core.
Skeins are described from left to right as pictured:
skein #1 : The fibers to make this skein was dyed in shades of teal blue and green with a tiny bit of white, 54 yards, bulky weight.
skein #2 : The fibers to make this skein was dyed in shades of teal blue and green with a tiny bit of white, 72 yards, bulky weight.
skein #3 : The fibers to make this skein was dyed in shades of burgundy and sage green, 68 yards, bulky weight.
These yarns are high quality yarn because they are completely hand made , and so there is a limited quantity because it is handmade. I use professional dyes on all my yarns so there is no fading of colors or bleeding out.
care: to wash this yarn used in a project, just place gently into a bowl or basin with Eucalan or mild soap and warm water, leave it for 20 min. then lift carefully up and down gently. squeeze the water out and place again into warm water leave it for 10 min. and then gently lift and squeeze the water out and place on a dry towel reshape and leave to dry on table or drying rack.
