Handspun hand dyed corespun / coil yarn.
Skeins are described from left to right as pictured:
skein #1 : This is a coil handspun yarn made with hand dyed B.F.L. wool in blue, turquoise and lilac. The B.F.L. wool and a single ply of merino silk handspun thread along with a soft Mylar sparkly thread were plied together into this art yarn. The skein has 40 yards, worsted, 2 ply, thick and thin yarn.
skein #2 : This is a core handspun yarn made with natural white angora and merino tencel fibers hand dyed in teal blue and blue and a cotton thread. this corespun is bulky weight yarn, single ply, 34 yards. A very soft and fluffy art yarn.
skein #3 :This is a coil handspun yarn made with hand dyed B.F.L. wool in light green, burnt orange, blue and salmon pink plus a single ply of handspun merino silk thread along with a soft Mylar sparkly thread. the skein is a worsted thick and thin yarn with 42 yards.
These are high quality yarn because they are completely hand made , and so there is a limited quantity because it is handmade. I use professional dyes on all my yarns so there is no fading of colors or bleeding out.
care: to wash this yarn used in a project, just place gently into a bowl or basin with Eucalan or mild soap and warm water, leave it for 20 min. then lift carefully up and down gently. squeeze the water out and place again into warm water leave it for 10 min. and then gently lift and squeeze the water out and place on a dry towel reshape and leave to dry on table or drying rack.
