Our beautiful yarns are made from high quality personally selected angora rabbit fibers. Our angora yarns are completely handmade from fiber harvested cruelty free.
Our bunnies are fed twice a day and given a specially selected rabbit feed, seeds, herbs and timothy hay plus a treat such as a piece of carrot, apple…..
The bunnies grow a new coat every 6 to 8 months. It takes me about 2 hours to groom and remove their coats when they are shedding it. No harm is done to the bunny as I carefully brush their coats and gently clip it off. The threads are spun in different thickness to make the different yarn weights. This takes skill that is acquired over the many years of spinning yarn.
Our Accessories are made with our handspun angora rabbit yarn which is very durable and can easily be wash with warm water and any mild soap then dried on a flat surface.
